2. How should I wash or care for my Wayuu bag?

Because our bags are handmade and include embellishments, they require gentle care.

• Spot clean only with cold water and mild soap.
• Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
• Air dry in the shade, away from direct sunlight or heat.
• Avoid perfumes, alcohol, or harsh chemicals near embellished areas.
• Store in a dust bag or cotton pouch when not in use.

3. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items in their original, unused condition.

If you’d like to start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details.

Note: Custom or final-sale items may not be eligible for return.

4. Is my order eligible for free shipping?

Yes! 🎁 Orders over $100 (USD) qualify for free shipping within the United States.

Orders below $100 will have a small standard shipping fee calculated at checkout.

5. Will I receive a tracking number?

Absolutely. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number from the carrier so you can follow your package’s journey.
